The Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation Engr. Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev, Environment Minister, Malam Balarebe Abbas Lawal and the Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Security Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdulahi held a strategic Steering Committee Meeting of ACRESAL .
The meeting took a comprehensive review of the project's workplan with a view to ensuring effective delivery.
The work plan was subsequently considered for approval to guide the next phase of implementation.
It highlighted the importance of inter-ministerial collaboration in achieving the aims and objectives of the project and restated the commitment of the Federal Government to a sustainable environmental management and agriculture to achieve food security and job creation in the country.
