The World Fire Congress (WFC) has adopted founding principles aimed at strengthening international cooperation among fire and emergency management agencies to enhance public safety and reduce fire-related losses worldwide.
The principles, contained in a statement made available to journalists by the National Public Relations Officer and Head of Corporate Services, Federal Fire Service National Headquarters, DCP Paul O. Abraham, on Monday, recognised fire as a borderless threat to the security, health and prosperity of communities.
