The fourth evacuation flight bringing stranded Nigerians home from South Africa is scheduled to arrive at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, at 7:30 p.m. today.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Air Peace-operated flight is carrying 284 passengers, comprising 272 adults and 12 infants.
The ministry said 282 of those on board are returnees, while two are government officials accompanying the evacuation mission.
The latest operation is part of the Federal Government's ongoing efforts to evacuate Nigerians from South Africa amid the current situation.
The arrival schedule and passenger manifest were confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through its Spokesperson, Kimiebi Imomotimi Ebienfa.
