The Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Engr. Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev,, is celebrating President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on the occasion of his birthday, today, March 29, describing him as visionary leader whose commitment to national development has remained unwavering.
The Minister, in his birthday message, he personally signed said President Tinubu's courage in steering the affairs of Nigeria has continued to inspire hope and confidence among the citizenry.
He also commended the President, saying under his leadership, the water resources and sanitation sector has continued to receive the needed attention as a critical driver of public health, food security, and economic advancement.
